a. Limited Warranty Coverage:
Lava Jewelry provides a limited warranty for a specified duration from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and craftsmanship issues that may arise during normal wear. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, improper care, alterations, or natural wear and tear.
b. Warranty Duration:
The duration of our limited warranty varies depending on the type of jewelry and materials. Please refer to the specific warranty duration outlined below:
• Sterling Silver Jewelry: 1 year from the date of purchase.
c. Warranty Services:
In the event that your Lava Jewelry experiences a covered manufacturing defect or craftsmanship issue within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. If the original piece is no longer available, we may offer a similar item of equal value.
d. Exclusions:
The following scenarios are not covered by our warranty:
• Damage resulting from accidents, impacts, or misuse.
• Alterations or repairs made by unauthorized parties.
• Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, or corrosive substances.
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches and tarnishing.
2. Return and Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes preferences change, and we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase from. Our return and exchange policy is designed to accommodate both situations where there's an issue due to our fault and instances where you wish to exchange the product for personal reasons. Please carefully read the following guidelines:
a. Return Period:
You can return your Jewelry without any Restocking fee if the Jewelry come with the quality not as good as its description or come with any mistake within 1 business day.
b. Exchange for Other Products:
We offer the option to exchange the purchased item for another product available on our website.
c. Fault on Our End (e.g., Wrong Model or Design):
If the reason for the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, such as shipping the wrong model or design, we take full responsibility. In such cases, we will cover the shipping fees for the return and the replacement product.
d. Customer-Initiated Exchanges:
If you simply wish to exchange the products because you've changed your mind or prefer a different design, we understand. However, in these instances, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees associated with the return and the shipment of the new product.
Note: We can not return or exchange personalized jewelry. We only help you to have a warranty for it.
Order Processing:
It takes 1-3 business day to process your order, depend on the personalized option you take.
For example you you change only Giver name and recipient name, it will take 1 day to process including online chat about the design calibration. The Luxury version, clients can request via online chat/email up to 3 message card design so that they can pickup the best among 3 real ones.
But if you change gemstone, engraving your name or message or even change the design of the jewelry, that make us to reproduce the jewelry... it may take 3 business days. We try our best to do order processing fast, to compare with several weeks to 2 months , the time other premium online jewelry stores to do order processing, in the market.
When a things are done, we do quality check and then do the Packaging request at Handling and Shipping Department.
Handling: Packaging , including giftbox decoration and shipping preparation, packaging, labeling, takes only 1 business day.
Shipping: Our current warehouse located in Texas, United States and Warsaw, Poland and this is the shipping time you should take into consideration, excluding order processing and handling:
US mainland:
+ 2-5 business days by USPS parcel post with tracking number and warranty.
+ USPS priority: 2-3 business days, adding $10
Canada:
Parcel Post: 2-5 business days
EU: 2-7 business days.
Germany: 2-4 business days
UK: 3-7 business days
Other EU countries 3-7 business days.
